Selective Insurance Employee Recognition Program
This is an employee recognition program that allows users to send each other awards with comments. They may also send a type of award that comes with points that the recipient may use to shop in a catalog. These type of awards go through an approval process, but the users can check in on the progress to see where the award is. This program also gives points to employees on their service anniversary.

This award required approval. This shows the details of each approver, along with a comment if they choose to leave one.
The service anniversary calendar shows who has an upcoming anniversary for each month.
